Great product

This was a gift to my parents. I love how one side is warmer than the other which is definitely what my parents needed, each to their own. The quality of the wool is good too. So far no problems and it seems like it will last a long time. For myself i went under the quilt and the 700 gsm is very warm for me, the 500 gsm is pretty good but could get hot if you sleep a little warm, if you want it snug and warmish without being too warm and something you could keep even in the Victorian summer then i feel like the 350 gsm could be enough for an all season type blanket. The one i bought 500/700 was definitely something my parents appreciated! It's also easy to wash if you select to buy the machine washable one which i did, just chuck it in the washing machine and you're done. Thank you Halcyon Dreams for making a product like this that many other companies do not.

Doona of my dreams!

We purchased the 500gsm/700gsm woollen doona (dryclean version) for Melbourne's winter nights in an old federation house that has ventilation through the floors boards, windows and doors. My husband sleeps colder than me so this doona is the perfect solution. We could not be happier with the outcome. The weight of the doona is great and I don't overheat like I did with the feather and down quilt and my husband no longer needs an extra blanket. The quality is superb and the delivery was quick. I highly recommend this doona. I purchased it based on product reviews, and I am happy to add my support. Great product and great service.

I do like supporting an Australian product. Purchased woolen Quilt and Underlay from Halcyon Dreams. Product is excellent, service is excellent, order time and freight time is also excellent, dealing with service staff s also excellent. Would highly recommend product and company if you are looking for high quality wool bedding.

This Wool Quilt - is an excellent product . The 700 GSM is sufficient for a Ballarat winter. It is so sturdy I expect it will withstand machine washing. The staff were great with helping me sort out my order & very prompt delivery.
