Excellent follow up to advise when factory would return to production after xmas break. Delivery was prompt on return to work.
The quality of the underlay is first class. Highly recommended product especially if you have problems with synthetic mattress materials causing overheating.

First time purchasing product and I could not be happier. Did my research and was either the mini jumbuck that I have had before for 349$ on special or this product for nearly half the price. So glad I chose this one. High quality, service impeccable and wonderful product . Will definitely be using halcyon again. Thank you.

Very pleased with the quality and comfort of my underlay. It arrived after some disruptions with the mail service due to the floods, perhaps.
After a complaint about the delay the problem was quickly sorted- thank you.

The product is great. Well made and luxurious. But the best thing about this company is the customer service. I first emailed them on a Sunday with a few queries. I was blown away to get a response a matter of hours later, with an offer of a phonecall to discuss the following day. As I work long hours I replied that was inconvenient and would appreciate an email. I got a long, informative email the next day, and my subsequent questions were answered quickly in a friendly, professional manner. Postage of the product was as promised. It was well packaged and the underlay is ensuring I have a restful and comfortable night's sleep.
You honestly don't get service like this these days.
