Cosy but light

Really happy with the new quilt. It seems lighter and fluffier than other wool quilts I have owned. Great for winter in Queensland.

First time buying a wool pillow and I love it! So fluffy, the filling doesn’t separate/ compartmentalise like other pillows I have, and I LOVE that it’s Australian made with Australian products. Has a full fill/ definitely not flat/ thin. Will be buying more!

My husband has suffered in silence for years. I love to be really warm in bed and he prefers to be cooler but until recently he had no choice! Enter this amazing doona - the lighter side is perfect for my husband and I am as warm as toast under the heavier side. We are taking about Melbourne winter too! Seriously, we will never buy another doona unless it’s a replacement for this one. It’s beautifully made and I am happy that we are supporting a fantastic Australian company whose reputation and customer service is outstanding. Thank you Halcyon Dreams

A great investment

I love my new quilt. Previously I was sleeping with a combination of up to three cheap doonas (kmart style) depending on the nighttime temperature (currently Hobart mid-winter) - often needing to wake up and adjust in the middle of the night if I was too hot / too cold. I decided to bite the bullet and spend some actual money on a proper quilt in the hopes of quality.
When it arrived I was initially concerned it wouldn't be warm enough because it was so light, but I've been able to sleep soundly and at the 'right' temperature, even through the recent cold snap. My quality of sleep has improved as I'm no longer waking up snap frozen or sweating, needing to rearrange my blankets!
I'm hoping that the trend will continue into the warmer months, although if I need to buy a 'cooler' quilt for summer, I'd have no hesitation in buying one from these guys. So far it's the best investment I've made in my sleep and comfort!
